No, there is not yet a Google Maps marker dataset that can be used to put the testing centers on line. And despite a US Federal task force working on the problem, it doesn’t appear that anyone centrally located is putting together a dataset with the coordinate locations of Covid-19 Testing Center. The solution is dynamic, so someone may solve this in the coming days.
