Garlic Bhindi Recipe in Hindi
Friends, today I am going to share with you another very funny recipe of Bhindi, whose name is Garlic Bhindi. We can make Bhindi in many ways, Bhindi is very tasty to eat and gets ready very soon. This recipe is also made with leftover rice and non-veg curry (chicken curry or mutton curry). In this recipe we will add garlic instead of onion so that the smell of garlic can be pleasant even when the oil gets hot after frying it later in the pan. bhindi ki Sabzi
- Bhindi / Okra / Lady finger (250 g) - Ginger paste (3-4 tablespoons) - Garlic paste (3-4 tablespoons) - Red chilli powder (1/2 tablespoon) - Turmeric powder (1/2 tablespoon) Salt to taste Oil for frying - Method: 1. Wash and clean bhindi, apply ginger and garlic paste, add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Keep it aside for an hour or two.
Take some oil in a pan and heat it. Add garlic, sliced bhindi and salt to taste. Mix well. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. Remove from flame and serve hot with chapati or roti. Enjoy your meal with bhindi sabji and enjoy
